An extremely un-rare banknote as apparently 500k pieces were issued & that's considered as an extremely 'high mintage' issue numberswise.
Bought these pieces online for the price of 3 dozen packs of Marlboros as apparently they were listed therein for quite sometime without anyone interested; even with 3 zeroes, the serial numbers were considered not low enough as the very picky & serious collectors were looking for those with at least 5 zeroes so that the serial numbers can be qualified as low enough to these very serious & extremely discerning collectors.
Designwise, they look good with multiple attractive colors with rather extremely high strandard polymer sustrate used then.
Am now looking forward to getting one with 4 zeroes.
