This Set Of 2 seems to be an elusive issue as very few were sold over the counter by the Central and hardly anyone sells it online.

The Straits Settlements $5 1929

***This is the ever-popular conifer-green $5 banknote from The Straits Settlements dated 1929 with the vignettes of a boy sitting on a buffalo in a paddy field and that of a prowling tiger.

1929 seems to be an elusive date for this issue as most of the time, one encounters those dated 1925.

The Straits Settlements 1924 $10

***A $10 banknote dated 1924 issued in The Straits Settlements with the word "Cancelled" perforated thrice vertically & horizontally respectively at the centre of the banknote.

Sarawak 1919 10 Cents Emergency Issue

***A rather scarce & unusual 10 Cents Emergency banknote from the now defunct nation of Sarawak issued a century ago, printed on thick gray card.

This banknote, even though well-circulated, is still in very crisp condition.

A UNC piece was auctioned 2 years ago for more than US$10K and the price of this UNC piece should be very much higher now, perhaps, might have even doubled pricewise.

The Straits Settlements 1924 $5

***A piece of Original and unprocessed $5 banknote issued 86 years ago in The Straits Settlements and one which has been preserved for posterity and with its present day value worth many2 times more than its original face value!

Straits Settlements $10 1927

***A 1927 $10 'Attap House" note from the Straits Settlements in Original Unwashed condition, with some glue residue on the upper portion.

Apparently, banknotes from this issue that we normally see are those bearing the year 1925, while the other years are more difficult to source for.

Isle Of Man 1983 1 Pound TYVEK SPECIMEN

***And this is another 1 Pound Specimen note dated 1983 printed on Tyvek from the Isle Of Man and this variety comes with a single Punch-Hole cancellation at the base of the note. There is no control number at the Reverse.

***A 1 Pound Specimen banknote from the Isle Of Man dated 1983 which was printed on Tyvek.
There is no punch-hole cancellation nor is there a control number on this piece of Specimen note, the only Tyvek banknote ever issued in Europe.

Haiti 50 Gourdes Tyvek PROOF

***This is the 50 Gourdes Proof banknote from Haiti printed on Tyvek, with 3 punch holes & with the words "Specimen" lightly rubber-stamped on it but without Serial Numbers.

This banknote has repeated circular American Eagle watermarks on it.

Malaysia 2010 Hisbiscus Flower PROOF GOLD COIN

***A proof Gold Coin issued on the 1st day of October, 2010, by the Central Bank Of Malaysia to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Proclamation of the Hisbiscus Flower as the national flower.

Only an extremely low mintage of 150 sets of this coin were issued, with a 999.9 pure gold weighing 7.96 gm, at the issue price of RM1,200 only, which works out to be the face value of the gold content itself, the box, the proof strike, etc, etc, could be considered as gratis!
At the Kuala Lumpur's branch of the Central Bank, ONLY 14 sets of this were sold to the general public!
