Malaysia 2012 $5 Replacement Banknote ZA 0008686

***Of course, this RM5 Polymer Replacement banknote has been the talk of the town or rather has been the point to hyped-up speculation these past several months and for which, no names need to be mentioned for such 'accredition!'
Whether this issue is 'rare' or will be rare is open to speculation and only time will tell, but just one freaking lousy word, how many pieces of this issue has one seen that starts with 3 zeroes?
I got lucky last week when I got hold of several pieces from the local fish market and in running sequence and sadly they are not UNC. The above piece is one of them. Is there any way I can 'turn' this not UNC note into UNC?!
